案例:

五(1)班的班主任为规范学生的学习、行为习惯,在班上进行了学生一日常规考核,每周一评比,还设立了光荣榜和警示榜,分别用以表彰先进学生和警示后进学生。几周下来,经常上光荣榜的优秀学生已渐渐缺少了奋勇争先的斗志和激情,而经常上警示榜的后进学生也抱有“破罐子破摔”的无所谓态度了。作为五(1)的班主任,看在眼里,急在心里。
